Focused breathing is a powerful tool that can create subtle or substantial shifts in your energy and life. Whether practicing 1:1 with a teacher or on your own after receiving guidance, an intentional, regular breathwork meditation practice will most likely benefit your body, mind, and spirit. Interested? 1:1 Sessions

Relaxing on a massage table, I’ll guide you through an active pranayama breath meditation technique. After several minutes of breathing, your mind will begin to relax. As your mind relaxes, endorphins flow and emotions move through the body. This happens due to the increase of oxygen to the brain, stimulating the hypothalamus gland, releasing endorphins in other glands. The breath fuels stuck energy and helps you find ways to release or express the energy. The energy shifts and you will likely experience a lighter, more expansive, energized or peaceful version of yourself. 

Couples Sessions

If you and your partner are experiencing difficulties, misunderstandings or stuck energy, a guided breathwork meditation may help clear the air. 

We’ll begin with a short discussion about what needs to be addressed in the relationship. After our discussion, I’ll guide you both in a pranayama breathwork meditation, allowing energy to flow and go where it is needed.
